We ship via major carriers such as USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Moonwash Yarn Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
